Subvention Offer – First time in Commercial Property
M3M India is offering subvention scheme in two commercial project M3M Fianancial Center and M3M 65th Avenue. Till now there was no subvention scheme in commercial properties. In subvention scheme customer need to pay 20% amount at the time of booking and rest 60% will be through bank subvention . Customer will pay 20% on offer of possession.
Customer will get 11% assured return on 20% amount till 5 years. in Bank subvention builder (M3M) will use customer loan eligibility, Builder will take loan behalf of customer by using customer’s eligibility and pay the EMI till offer of possession and customer will pay EMI after possession.
M3M India offers hassle free bank loan process for its customers, It mean customer need not to worry about the loan procedure. For the same M3M has tie up with major banks and HFC.
